Frank Scarito
Founder and Evangelist
Frank launched Better Way to Help after a decade of advocating for his wife following her traumatic brain injury. He has extensive experience working within the complex post-trauma care and funding system. He founded a financial planning and wealth management firm in 1988 and executes financial and risk management strategies for various clients and business entities nationally. He also serves on the board of directors of the New Hampshire State Referee Program and is an avid soccer enthusiast.

Rudy Scarito
Chief Financial Officer
As founder and managing director of RS Finance and Consulting, Rudy brings vast expertise in financial matters to the team. She has more than 30 years of experience in corporate governance and investment banking and has worked with a range of organizations from small, non-profit start-ups to multi-billion-dollar companies.

Jay O'Halloran
Vice President

Jay is a Senior Test Engineer at TUV Rheinland and has worked in the semiconductor industry for over 20 years. Jay resides in Manchester, NH. His commitment to community involvement includes leadership roles in youth soccer organizations in central New Hampshire as a board member, coach, and referee.

David Halpin
Chief Marketing Officer

David brings a combination of traditional and online communications skills to the team along with experience creating and executing strategic marketing plans for start-up ventures, nonprofits, and corporations.

Dawn Mirabella

Dawn has worked with Great Bay Services as an administrator and was a Principal in the Fremont, NH school district. Dawn has been involved in many non-profit organizations and activities in the New Hampshire Seacoast area.

Lynn Schade

Recently retired, Lynn served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Middlesex Savings Bank. Lynn has served on the Board of XPX Boston as President and various non-profit entities in the Greater Boston area. Lynn is also an avid golfer.

Karen Riesner
Karen is a store manager for TXJ Company retail stores in western New Hampshire has been active in fundraising efforts for non-profit organizations such as the Brain Injury Association of NH. Karen grew up and resides in Keene NH.
Joan Halpin
Joan has worked in the Londonderry, NH School District as a special education teacher and has 35 years of experience working with agencies and service providers helping families and students in need of direct services.
